Merlin Stephen is currently working in the Secretariat of Law School of AVIL taking care of the entire office administration. She holds an M.Com. Degree and has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Stansfield School of Business in Singapore. She possesses eminent administrative experience of 25 odd years in various International Schools & Colleges. She has been a proud member of many founding Institutions.
